Screening Services:
SCBEC offers a customized screening process designed to narrow the applicant pool and identify potential employees.  Your job openings will be shared with our Vocational Counselors, posted in our Resource Room and with other partner organizations at your discretion.  Your company’s application or a SCBEC application that meets the American Disabilities Act (ADA), Department of Labor (DOL) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) guidelines will be distributed and collected.  A specially designed Matrix will assist in screening all candidates for qualifications and desired skills specific to the job opening.  Then an initial interview will be conducted to determine the top candidates for your employment needs.

Interviewing Facilities:
Our building is available to any business that is interested in off-premises interviewing and hiring.  SCBEC offers you a choice of rooms to conduct interviews in an up-to-date office environment.  Our front-line staff will also be at your disposal.
